One night's lodging is required as a deposit at time of booking, with full payment due 30 days prior to arrival. Full refund of deposit if reservation is cancelled outside of 30 days of arrival. Full payment/deposit is non-refundable if reservation is cancelled inside of 30 days of arrival. No pets allowed.
